Refund policy
In accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code (TTK), we would like to remind you that **food items, such as coffee beans, coffee capsules, and other food and beverage products, are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
Products other than these may be returned provided that they are unused, undamaged, not affected by misuse, and remain in their original, unopened packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
If you wish to return a product without providing any reason, it must be returned in the exact condition in which it was delivered to you. Returns will not be accepted if the product or its packaging shows any signs of damage, such as tearing, breakage, tampering, missing accessories, or any similar condition.
Returns will also not be accepted without the original invoice. The original invoice must accompany all return shipments.
Unconditional product returns must be requested in writing within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returned products must be shipped to us via the courier companies partnered with Lunacorta Coffee’s Online Store.
The product should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit, and the courier label must not be placed directly on the product’s own packaging. Any deformation or damage to the original packaging that prevents resale will result in the return being refused.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
