Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Lunacorta Coffee, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and with great care. Your orders are shipped as freshly roasted coffee beans, carefully packaged to preserve their quality. Below you can find all the details regarding our shipping and delivery process.
1. Shipping Fees and Delivery Regions

All domestic (Türkiye) orders are shipped free of charge for purchases over 900 TL.

For orders under 900 TL, the shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout.

Currently, we only ship within the borders of Türkiye.

For international orders, please contact us directly.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

For special roasting or limited-edition products, the preparation time may extend up to 5 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier company’s workload:

Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir: 1–3 business days

Other cities: 2–5 business days

Rural areas: 3–7 business days
During high-demand periods (such as holidays, New Year’s, or special sale events), delivery times may be longer.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or e-mail. You can easily track your shipment through the courier company’s official website.

5. Product Delivery and Damaged Shipments

Your coffee beans are freshly roasted and shipped in protective, sealed packaging.

We recommend checking your package upon delivery.

In case of damaged or missing items, please have a damage report prepared by the courier and notify us within 24 hours.

If the product was shipped incorrectly or damaged, Lunacorta Coffee will provide a free exchange or return.
6. Delivery Delays
During busy courier periods, delays may occur.
Lunacorta Coffee is not responsible for delays that occur after the package has been handed over to the courier, but our team is always available to assist you if needed.
7. Undeliverable Orders
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, missing information, or recipient unavailability, it will be returned to us.
In such cases, your order may be canceled and refunded, or resent upon your request.
An additional shipping fee may apply for reshipment.
8. Shipping Fee Refunds

For returns made under the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost is covered by Lunacorta Coffee.

For voluntary returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect product selection), the shipping cost is borne by the customer.
